DELIVERIES:
- Prices must be understood in Euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
- If there is an increase in prices for any product/service, the user will be immediately informed, and may choose to receive his order (paying the difference) or proceed with its cancellation.
- Mainland Portugal - Up to 30kg: 15€ | Over 30kg: 80€
- Portugal Ilhas - Up to 30kg: 15€ | Over 30kg: 100€
- European Union - Up to 30kg: 25€ | Over 30kg: 150€
PRICES

- If there is an increase in the prices of any product/service, the User will be informed immediately, being able to choose to receive his order (paying the difference) or cancel it.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION:
- The cancellation, exchange or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by Maria Leal da Costa. The request must arrive in writing to the contact email info@marialealdacosta.com, within 14 days after receiving the order, with instructions for cancellation, exchange or return of the amount paid and/or return of the goods, answered and defined by Maria Leal da Costa, through the same means of communication.
- Whenever possible, the return should be made using the same method of payment, but if this is not possible, the user must present proof of payment and account or card ownership, so that the return can be made by Bank Transfer.
- Maria Leal da Costa undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the product back at its facilities.
- The returned products must be in conditions of sale, that is, in the same state in which they arrived at the User's hands, without any anomaly or damage.
- • If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is lower or higher than the initial value of the order, the conditions for the settlement will be indicated by Maria Leal da Costa.
- Personalized, made-to-measure or made-to-order products may not be subject to exchanges or returns.
- Some products for sale at www.marialealdacosta.com may not be subject to exchanges or returns.
